Now, we're ready to launch our latest product, TeamTablet Flex and recruit our new Channel Sales Manager (CSM). In this role you'll be the driving force behind TeamTablet Flex's journey through the channel landscape across EMEA, partnering up with distributors, resellers, and echo partners.

🚀 Job Purpose:

Drive partner engagement and sales growth for TeamTablet Flex across EMEA.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and recruit new qualifying partners while nurturing/fostering existing relationships.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet partner goals.
  • Ensure partner compliance and long-term satisfaction.

  • And of course: You’re entrepreneurial and love winning! You meet and/or exceed sales quotas and profitability expectations through working closely with sales partners.

🔍 Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B channel sales experience, preferably from the AV/tech business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
